Hele Bay Precision have invested in an extensive CNC turning facility over the years, this includes 12 Dugard Eagle 200 CNC turning lathes with multi spindle capabilities and 9 Dugard Eagle 100 CNC turning lathes. This, accompanied by our conventional CNC turning capabilities and the training of new apprentices, enable us to provide a rapid turn around service on CNC turned parts and machined components that are needed to meet buyers objectives. 

Our company adopts lean manufacturing methods, this can be seen in our use of single piece flow within our CNC turning and milling manufacturing cells.
